LATEST UPDATES ON THE DIARY-BIG BOOK PROJECT

Hi there,

Gracia's Mum has just spoken

to me yesterday. I realized that

some of you might have some

problems with what you

need to do.

1) If your book is about 3-5

pages long, then you might

have to redo.

2) The font size can be

up to 48 or bigger.

3) There can only be about

3-4 lines on each page.

4) You can put in pictures

on the pages with the text

or on the opposite side

of the page.

4) You can also leave a

page blank for example

leave the left side of the

book blank and paste

on the right side of the book.

5) You can also print the text

on white paper and cut it

using those fanciful

scissors with different

edges.

6) Your pictures and text

need not be pasted

straight, it can be slanted

as well.

7) You may also want

to use stickers, glitters

anything that can

beautify your book.

8) You need also to cut

and paste the page

numbers on each page.

9) It will be better if

you also have a cover

page (in front) of your

book. For example,

DIARY ON ZOO TRIP 31 MARCH 2009

The following have been

selected to work on the

diary book this June

holidays. They are :

1) Jaslyn & Jaden

2) Joey & Wan Lin

4) Gracia & Sabrina

Please follow the

instructions as follows:

a) Go to school at any

time on a weekday

between 8am to 5pm.

b) The Sketch Book is

in my locker outside

the staff room.

c) Take the Sketch Book

which has your diary

written by you.

d) I have put pictures

taken during the zoo

trip. Please cut them

up in any form so

as to fit the book.

e) You are making a

diary but in story

book form. The words

must be quite big as

if it is a BIG STORY

BOOK like what you

have read in P1-3.

f) The words need to be

printed out by you

and pasted into the

Sketch Book.

g) Please be creative and

make it as nice as

possible.

h) You have the June

Holidays to complete

the Book. Please bring

the Book back on the first

day of Term 3.

i) Enjoy your holidays

while doing:)
