COMPOSITION SA1 ON MONDAY 27 APR (EL) & 28 APR (MT)

TIPS FOR EL COMPOSITION WRITING

1) Do not begin with a boring start -

One day.....

2) Use expressions like -

"Crash!" or "Bang!" to begin

if possible.

3) Introduce your story by

letting the reader know who

the characters are

4) There usually is a problem

and a solution to your story.

5) Try to put in interesting

vocabularies or phrases

to make your composition

better.

6. Re-read your composition

again once you finished.

Look out for tenses which

are not in the past.

7. Do not count the words

as you are writing because

you will end the story

very abruptly.

8. Make sure your points

are developed. Pupils

usually do not elaborate

on the points.

with the recycling project.

magazines, flyers, etc, pls

Latest Updates On Young Zoologist Badge

Dear Parents,

Here are some info on what

your child is doing on the

projects.

1. Your child is encouraged

to form groups of 5 and to

appoint a leader.

2. They will then choose the

BEST out of all the activities

(if they are the same ones)

to represent their group.

3. In this way, they share

their workload. Instead of

your child doing it alone,

he or she can now share it

out with their friends.

3. This means that they need

only to do 2-3 activities each.

They then come together on

Monday and put them together

into a file. This will then be

the project done collectively.

4. Marks will be awarded to

all the five members in the

group.

5. The groups can be from

2 up to a max. of 5 members.

6. Feel free to sms me if U

have any queries.
